What happens next?
A confirmation email/SMS will be sent to you within up to 2 hours with your date, time window, and technician details.
Sometimes our system gets a bit too excited and accidentally creates a double booking, If that happens, one of our team members will call you, explain the situation, and adjust the time to the closest and most convenient slot for you.
One day before your appointment, you’ll receive an automatic reminder with all the details again, so you don’t have to go searching through old messages.
What can you do in the meantime?
Make sure there’s about 5–6 feet (1.5–2 m) of free space around your fireplace/chimney – move furniture, decorations, and anything fragile.
Think of any questions
Insurance, safety, future upgrades, weird smells, smoke issues – write them down so you don’t forget when the technician is there.
Let the appliance cool down
Wood fireplace: please don’t use it for 24 hours before the visit.
Gas fireplace: make sure it’s turned off before we arrive.
